Do think backwards to the greater things like the thoughts of that child in his youth. For as the world appears now, see now that it did not always appear so. Lift a crackle and a light to see behind the mind again. As salt and mercy play along the seashore, show thy self and speak with the ghosts again. As everything is now in the blackness and in the white, let the shores of forever speak with you. Do so as the gentle tongue gives fire to the rain and as the lightness of the snow rests upon you. Is it not true that the vision of yours in your childhood was the forever which is present in the lights by the garden? And so your yearning for power did grow as you became older, for as such is the way which the world puts itself upon us as we grow older. But in that living are you there truly alive just like you were as a child in the garden? Or have you betrayed the kind warmth of the simple thoughts with the fullness of the earth before you? You know that the hand of death is before your neck. So why do you cry for your possessions? Fall asleep and let remembrance be kind to you. And so find once again your appreciation for things simple, and for places not held in fame. For as such a virtue as is this is sure to heal you by at least a great measure, and to throw your mind up like the winds of the wailing gate before the world began. Your simple lips and simple word shall begin once again. And in knowing not that knowledge is surely with you, you shall surely know. And the sweet bed of mercy will give you up to death when the time comes upon you. But for now practice the lightness which is free and the kindness of which is your life. And touch the soil to remember, and give up your pride so as to be forgotten in the places which should not be forgotten for the evils which have befallen upon their shores. Think now and do not let your mind stand silent for in the strong grace of maturity, and also in the lightness of your childhood you will be made full, as the two of these thoughts are together in your heart.
