Like Oceans of Light

The holy eye is radiant above you,

dear lady and my friend.

The kingdom has fallen into never-ending pieces.

The sun king has thrown down his heart.

For you have impressed him

with your pious grace.

Your tears are now flowers

as wrongdoing is forgotten.

Millions of colors

like oceans of light

are behind the echoes of your mind

in the dreamy mountains of repentance.

Your heart is now the flowering of stars like water.

You can never beckon the demons to your side.

For peace is now king of your heart,

like sliding ice in the glaciers of love.

Your hair is now sunlight.

Your hands are now without form

as light glares itself from every tower in the sound of freedom.

Kind and glassy is your eye

in this little stream of unrelenting promise.

A Dreamy Dark Hand
