A frozen heart of sand,
In the dust of the mind's compendium.
Set me free,
In a gorge with ever falling water.
Alight upon me - you flowers,
In a maze of wondrous fire.
With a golden hedge of ferns,
Beneath the gapping stars.
Whatever so called myself,
From being into nothing.
Is dying now,
With the gasping breath of death.
Let myself live,
Away from living death.
With the pillars of the stones,
And the perfection of the sky.
Let myself still feel,
With the gusting wind of the ocean.
The glowing eyes of starlight,
And the simple touch of love.
